For us, Specialty Coffee isn't just limited to sourcing the coffee but it expands to roasting the beans on a Custom Built Fluid bed Coffee Roaster.

It took us 3 years & 46 revisions to manufacture and perfect this roaster. Every batch of coffee roasted by us is unique. The Fluid bed Roaster works on the principal of using clean hot air to roast coffee as opposed to having metal transfer heat into the coffee in a drum roaster. This ensures that the coffee is evenly roasted and the reactions occur optimally resulting in a more flavorful and superior roast consistently.

Our roaster operates with no fire and is hooked to an afterburner which means no smoke making our carbon foot print almost Nil and our coffees eco friendly.
